YoGen Vocal Remover is a standalone program that removes vocals from PCM WAV files and allows you to save vocal removed files to disk. It tries to remove any monophonic components from stereo music. The quality of removal depends on how songs are recorded and mixed. A vocal track that is up the middle of the stereo mix can be removed very well. Other placement of the vocal in the stereo field won`t work for vocal removal. That is why some songs work great while others do not. Therefore, you do not expect this program to remove vocals 100% nicely. In some cases, however, YoGen Vocal Remover will be useful enough to remove vocals.
