| VerifyMyPC is the change tracking and management tool that watches for important changes to computers running Microsoft Windows. Reduce technical support times from 2 hours to 5 minutes by tracking important changes made to systems. Start with the high-level summary of easy-to-understand sentences and optionally drill down to files and registry entries. Have intelligent conversations between users/customers and IT. Instead of following a long and boring scripted set of questions and responses that takes 30 minutes to 2 hours to complete, ask `About when did the problem with.....start?` The user will reply, `Yesterday` or `a week ago`. Then start the VerifyMyPC Scan Manager on the system and see what changed in the timeframe the user specified.
