| Sun Download Manager is a small Java application that makes the process of downloading large Sun software packages from the Sun Download Center fast, easy and more reliable than ever. It breaks large download files into small segments automatically and in the background. When downloading from the SDLC, for most files it verifies that each segment has been received intact, automatically re-transmitting any failed segments. It automatically recovers from dropped Internet connections and other outages and faults, including running out of disk space during the download process. It works with any web browser, and on any system running J2SE v1.2.2 or higher. |
