SlowMotion is an easy-to-use Windows tool to change an AVI video into a super-slow-motion video. Slow down scenes where the action or camera motion are too fast. While extending the play-time of the video, it fills in new frames to keep the original frame-rate. These new frames are adjusted to have the right camera position and with objects having the proper position to keep motion smooth - no matter how slow.
