ShortPopUp is a small utility written to reduce taskbar clutter and tidy the desktop. Add a shortcut to the executable in the quicklaunch area - or anywhere you wish - and a menu pops up listing the contents of whatever folder you choose. Includes features for submenus/subfolders, transparency, sorting, filtering, and more.
