| Privacy Eraser is used for cleaning up unwanted history data and Internet tracks on your computer. With one click, it allows you to erase the cache, cookies, history, visited URLs, typed URLs, autocomplete data, index.dat of your browser, and Window`s swap file, temp folders, run history, search history, open/save history, recent documents and more. The cookie cleaning feature allows you to specify cookies to keep, so that you don`t erase your important login cookies. In addition, you can change the paths of several system folders (History, Favorites etc.) and customize the IE title bar text. You can also have it automatically clean your files when Windows is started or shutdown. It implements the US Department of Defense and NSA clearing and sanitizing standard, which gives you confidence that once deleted, your file data is gone forever and can not be recovered. |
