| Plaxo is a tool that enables you to automatically update your address book in Outlook and Outlook Express. Immediately after you download Plaxo, you will be prompted to choose which people from your address book you want to get updated contact information from -- you can choose as many or few people as you like. It sends a simple email message to each of these people, showing the contact information you currently have in your address book on them and requesting them to correct the out-of-date information. The replies to these emails are processed by Plaxo and automatically inserted into your address book. You will receive notifications as the update replies come in. |
