MP3Coder is a powerful full-featured WAV-to-MP3 encoder. The program allows MPEG1 and MPEG2 formats and all constant and variable bitrates (8-320 bps). It`s possible to use ID3v1 tag editor and flexible system for setting the name of mp3 file. There are presets for those who don`t want to understand subtleties of MP3 formats. It uses LAME as default MP3 encode engine.
