ClubTimer is a program for management of a CyberCafe (Internet Cafe). It performs time accounting, session cost calculations, and time booking. It offers the possibility to keep clients` database with accumulative discount system, and also operates clients` personal cards (accounts). All computers in the network are under constant monitoring and get blocked automatically when session time is over. It has an access system for operators, which restricts access of other users to any of its components. All files created during the work (statistics, logs) are encrypted and can be viewed only by authorized users. A server and data administration program can be installed in different computers. There is a built-in proxy server that performs traffic accounting. In addition to these, the program provides various tools for remote control of the clients` computers. The server works as a service which provides more reliability.
