ATTS stands for Advanced Text to Speech and is a speech utility based on Microsoft Agent Technology. ATTS can read any text in any window, simply select the text and press Ctrl+C. It is fully customizable too, choose from 27 voices, dozens of tones, animated characters and skins. It has a familiar winamp-style user interface, and more skins and characters are available for download.
