Paraben`s Icon Builder is a complete icon maker that allows you to create icons from scratch or convert existing images to icons. Easily create icons for Windows, Unix, or Linux. Create animated icons, cursors, animated cursors, bitmap images, and even wireless bitmaps (WBMP) for you WAP-Phone. Comprehensive editing capabilities are available, including antialiasing, gradiation, shadowing, inverting, text and font styling, spray, and more. You can also extract icons from EXE or DLL files.
